At Moss Bank Farm Holiday Accommodation, we’ve thought of everything to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and full of fun. Guests can unwind in their own wood-burning hot tub, enjoy friendly competition in our detached games rooms, and relax outdoors in fully enclosed private gardens complete with BBQ areas and garden furniture. Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home including luxury linens and towels, a washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, and free WiFi throughout. We also offer free parking, a Nintendo Switch for family entertainment, and practical touches such as a dish washer for convenience. Our accommodation is baby, child and toddler and pet friendly, making Moss Bank Farm the perfect countryside escape for couples, families and groups alike.
Guest access
We have a lovely, spacious area both inside and out. The garage has even been transformed into a fun games room, complete with a pool table, cosy sofa seating, and a darts board — perfect for winding down or spending time together, rain or shine.
We also include an array of outdoor games perfect for all the family.
Other things to note:
Please note that the hot tub is wood burning and upon your arrival will be cold. We provide all the things you need to heat the hot tub: logs, kindling, fire lighters etc. (We provide enough wood for the length of your stay.) We also provide detailed instructions on how to heat the hot tub so please do have a read and will also talk you through it when you arrive.
The hot tub takes around 2-2.5 hours to get to full temperature and will need to be fed regularly during this time to keep the fire burning.
We will meet you at the property to check you in and help you settle in. If we’re unavailable at the time of your arrival, we’ll provide a secure lockbox code so you can access the property easily.
We don’t have a fixed limit on dogs. The number allowed depends on several factors, including length of stay, your plans, and dog breeds. Please contact us in advance so we can make sure your pets are comfortably accommodated.
Yes! We provide:
- High chair – with a comfortable seat and removable tray
- Travel cot – includes a proper mattress, waterproof protector, and fitted sheet
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability.
We ask all guests to conduct themselves respectfully at all times, especially at night. Quiet hours are usually 10:30PM – 7 AM.
Yes, all of our properties have private parking. Please advise how many vehicles you intend to bring.
Some of our properties are wheelchair-friendly or have step-free access. Each property listing notes accessibility features, but please contact us if you have specific requirements.
Yes, all stays include fresh bed linen, towels and slippers.
No large parties or events are allowed unless specifically approved. Small gatherings are usually fine, but please check with us beforehand.
