Hello, we’re Amy and Shaun, and our little boy Ted also loves welcoming guests to Moss Bank Farm. We bought the farm in 2019 when it was in quite a sorry state, but with a lot of hard work and care, we’ve lovingly restored it into something we’re incredibly proud of — including three beautiful holiday cottages.
Here, you’ll find friendly sheep grazing nearby and hens pottering around, adding to the true countryside feel. Our properties blend rustic charm with modern comfort, making them perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to escape to the country without sacrificing a touch of luxury.
Although we’re set in a peaceful rural location, you’re just a stone’s throw from Wrexham city centre, giving you the best of both worlds.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of their cottage and private enclosed garden, complete with a hot tub, games room, and plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The Farmhouse is a detached four bedroom cottage positioned at the front of the property, with our two additional holiday cottages just behind — The Hayloft and Oak View. Oak View offers four bedrooms, while The Hayloft has three, making them ideal for larger families or groups.

Oak View is a beautifully converted four-bedroom single-storey barn, thoughtfully designed to combine rustic character with modern comfort.

We have a lovely, spacious area both inside and out. The garage has even been transformed into a fun games room, complete with a pool table, cosy sofa seating, and a darts board — perfect for winding down or spending time together, rain or shine.
We also include an array of outdoor games perfect for all the family.
Other things to note:
Please note that the hot tub is wood burning and upon your arrival will be cold. We provide all the things you need to heat the hot tub: logs, kindling, fire lighters etc. (We provide enough wood for the length of your stay.) We also provide detailed instructions on how to heat the hot tub so please do have a read and will also talk you through it when you arrive.
The hot tub takes around 2-2.5 hours to get to full temperature and will need to be fed regularly during this time to keep the fire burning.
